Instructor College
While
many school owners are very talented martial artists, most have never received
professional training as a teacher. The skills you learn at United
Professionals´ Instructor Certification will enhance your presentation skills
with the goal of teaching more exciting, educational and high spirited classes.
You will find your retention will improve and students skills will improve
faster. As a result you will also get more referrals.
You will discover the difference between what a student will tell you he or she
wants and what you need to provide to make the experience at your school one
that becomes a life long quest for students.
You will learn how to conduct exams that empower students, how to tie in Mat
Chats and personal development, drill for skills that make students excel at
their basics (while having fun), class planning, how to handle concerns, how to
motivate students that may be losing interest, developing your curriculum so
that upgrades are natural and students look forward to being on Masters or
Leadership.
Most importantly you will leave with a master plan and manual so you can train
additional staff members. Many schools use the material from Instructor Colleges
as curriculum for their Leadership Programmes.
